All orders are produced using the latest in equipment technology. These advances include: new direct-to-plate stochastic printing, high-speed personalization, high-bond lamination and CNC die cutting.

Data Security
Lucas maintains fire and theft protected storage for all customer data. Following every order, within 30 days, the data is archived, encrypted, and stored off site.

On Time Delivery
All orders are scheduled and produced to meet your requested delivery times. Rush programs and parcel shipments are available when you find yourself in need of product on very short notice.

Card Quality
All cards are produced with colors matching the art proof and data matching the content and sequence provided by you. If laminated, our bonding process results in very flat cards with exceptional durability among layers. All products are boxed in the requested quantities and labeled in a professional manner to properly indicate the contents of each container.

Pre-Press Process

Lucas has the only modern direct-to-plate pre-press system among Teslin card manufacturers - where the proofing process is fully calibrated with the printing press. Our final printed product is guaranteed to match your original proof.

Before press begins, a proof is printed to ensure the best possible color our press can produce, and you get the best possible product we can produce.

We are fully integrated into digital, going direct-to-plate with our pre-press unit.
