We manufacture gift cards that reflect the image of the retailer with bright, shiny laminated surfaces with PVC overlay and a flush-laminated magnetic stripe. No cheap un-laminated cards here! ATM/Bank Cards/Driver's Licenses
Producing cards with enhanced security requires quality production and special authentic card features. At Plastag, that quality is guaranteed! Plastag has quality standards for all cards produced. Each area of our production facility has been segregated to provide a clean environment. Plastag manufactures all cards to ANSI standards.

Blank Cards
Graphic quality cards are in high demand for use with thermal dye-sublimation printers. Plastag ensures that our customers receive only the highest quality cards. We can inspect graphics quality cards in two ways. First, we can individually hand inspect them via our quality sampling procedures. Second, our Visual Inspection Machine can check the cards. The choice is yours!
Plastag premium stock includes a clear PVC laminate that adds a brilliant surface finish. It is formulated for maximum print receptivity, vibrancy and durability. Plastag stock is available in three different finishes, polish/polish, polish/matte and matte/matte. We carry .012, .015, .020, .024, .030 thicknesses and CR80/CR50 sizes.
Plastag carries 27 standard colors of stock, so even when you need an uncommon color, such as cranberry, we have it on hand.
Blank crease-white and super stress are available in over 17 stock colors, three finishes, four sizes (CR50, 60, 70, 80) and three thicknesses (.020, .024, .030).

Plastag is historically one of the largest manufacturers of casino cards, servicing gaming institutions throughout the country. We can provide any card you need and include special direct mail applications for your marketing efforts.
Membership/I.D. Cards
Plastag can provide a membership card in card, card & keytag, 3-Keytag, and dual keytag formats. Just snap apart!
Membership: Our products help you promote a business and develop customer loyalty by giving the end-user an association with a group. “Frequent Shoppers” or “VIPs” will take advantage of the benefits and use the membership card as frequently as possible.
IDs: An important record-keeping tool for hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare providers, insurance companies and colleges/universities are I.D. cards. Plastag offers them in four sizes, CR50, 60, 70 and 80, to fit any standard imprinting or embossing system. Plastag offers a variety of card compositions to meet the needs of the specific application. Composite cards are recommended for College/University IDs due to their flexibility and long life span.
Hotel Keylock Cards
Hotels and resorts all over the world are changing the traditional door locks to electronic swipe key cards. Keylock cards are becoming a necessity to keep hotel guests safe. For excellent performance, the cards must match the system and the applications. Plastag offers roll-on magnetic stripes as well as laminated magnetic stripes in both high energy and low energy coercivity with the hotel and/or its logo perfectly printed.
