1. What is Lucas’ standard Lead-Time?

Our standard lead time for orders under 100,000 units is 15 working days from signed art proof (Special packaging not included)

2. Do you offer a Priority or “Rush” orders?

Priority: 10 working days from signed art approval (“Rush” fee may apply)
Rush: 5 working days from signed art approval (“Rush” fee may apply)
Priority & Rush is dependent upon capacity at time of request

3. If I place a large order can I expect the standard lead-time?

Lead time for orders over 100,000 will be determined at time of approvals

4. Can I receive samples of my order?

Our standard practice is to ship a maximum of 25 samples to the client when the order ships as a courtesy to our customers. There is no charge for the 25 samples. If more are needed, see sales representative for added cost.

5. How do I know when my order has been accepted?

When an order is turned into production each client will receive a written notice confirming order. The notice will be sent via email or fax

6. Who do I contact to check the status of my order?

Clients can check on status of their order by using Lucas On-Line, emailing our customer service group at service@lucascolorcard.com, or calling 1-888-84-LUCAS

7. How do I know when my order ships?

Shipping notifications will be sent the day product ships, the notification will include shipper used and tracking numbers if applicable. This notice will be sent via email.

With this team we can process all orders in a timely fashion and answer all questions regarding your order from conception to shipping the final product. This team will review and Track all aspects of production.
